Prenatal Yoga relieves common discomforts of pregnancy such as back and hip pain, muscle stiffness, leg cramps, sciatica and varicose veins. Circulation and digestion improve with practice. Many people find they sleep better and are more able to find balance amidst the physical, mental and emotional changes that arise during pregnancy. Learn to tap into breath as a powerful tool to energize and calm body and mind and reduce stress. Pranayama practices help you connect with your own wisdom and with your baby. Many of the postures, movements and breathing practices we do in yoga are natural to labor. Flowing through a balanced practice builds confidence and courage as you prepare for labor and birth. *class take place at your home or online
